Job Description:
Handmade Berk is seeking a passionate and creative Marketing Specialist (m/f/d) to join our team. In this role, you will help shape and execute marketing strategies that strengthen our brand, build customer loyalty, and support sales growth. You will work closely with our design and sales teams to develop creative campaigns that connect with our audience.

Tasks:
Develop and implement marketing strategies and campaigns
Manage our social media channels and create engaging content
Analyze market trends and identify new opportunities
Collaborate with external partners and agencies on PR activities
Coordinate photo shoots and product launches
Monitor and report on campaign performance
Organize events and pop-up stores

Requirements:
Degree in marketing, communication, or a related field
At least 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the fashion or accessories industry
Strong knowledge of digital marketing and social media
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Creative mindset with attention to detail
Confident use of marketing tools and analytics software
Ability to work independently and manage projects effectively
